By accessing and using slabs.lol ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
slabs.lol is a platform that enables you to create physical "slabs" (cases) featuring your NFTs. We offer two types of services: replica slabs (you keep your NFT) and custody slabs (we hold your NFT in secure storage). Physical products are shipped to the address you provide.
To use our Platform, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare). You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet address. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.
Replica slabs are physical cases featuring high-quality prints of your NFT artwork. You retain ownership of your NFT and it remains in your wallet.
Custody slabs include the physical case plus secure storage of your original NFT. When you choose custody, you transfer your NFT to our secure wallet for storage. You receive a certificate of authenticity.
Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change. Bundle pricing is available for multiple slabs. All prices are final at the time of purchase.
We accept payments via cryptocurrency (Solana, USDC, Ethereum, USDT) and debit/credit cards through third-party payment processors.
All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We do not process refunds for cryptocurrency payments. For debit/credit card payments, refund policies are governed by our payment processor's terms.
Physical products are shipped to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If you choose custody slabs, your NFT will be transferred to our secure wallet. We maintain strict security measures to protect your NFT. You receive a certificate of authenticity and can verify your NFT's location on the blockchain.
While we implement security measures, custody services involve risks including potential loss due to security breaches, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. By using custody services, you acknowledge these risks.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for replacement.
You retain all rights to your NFT artwork. By using our service, you grant us a license to reproduce your NFT artwork solely for the purpose of creating your physical slab product. We do not claim ownership of your NFTs or artwork.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLABS.LOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
